The young Ugenya MP history

 Te young Ugenya MPh James Aggrey Orengo disappears as the CID raids his office on Tom Mboya Street on December 2,1982.

While some sources claimed Orengo had been seen at the Intercontinental Hotel the previous week, others claimed he had been seen in a bar at Kaloleni.
Later another.

rumour emerged that he had been seen crossing into Uganda disguised as a football fan heading to Kampala for the East African Senior Challenge Cup.
Meanwhile in parliament, Charles Njonjo the minister for Constitutional Affairs was putting pressure on Homa Bay mp Oluoch Kanindo to reveal Orengo's whereabouts since they were close friends.
In his response Kanindo said that the possibility of Orengo committing suicide was high since he had lost his mother.
Prior to Orengo's disappearance, in December 1982 the court had issued an arrest warrant against him. Orengo who was a thorn in the government's side, had first appeared in court on July 31, 1982 a day before the coup attempt and charged with forgery, uttering a false statement and stealing 34,500/-. He was released on a bond of 50,000 and two sureties of the same amount.
Orengo was later traced to Dar es Salaam where he sought asylum and abandoned his parliamentary seat..
The Tanzania government later deported him alongside other Kenya fugitives and hand them over to the Kenyan authorities who locked them up at Kamiti..from the archives.

The time has come to thoughtfully and openly address the growing concern of clannism within the  Bukusu community , a prominent sub-tribe of the larger  Luhya nation . As one of the most diverse and widespread groups in Western Kenya, the Bukusu people currently comprise over 139 distinct clans. Their traditional and cultural heartland lies in  Bungoma County , which continues to serve as the central hub for the community. However, Bukusus are also significantly present in other counties such as Trans Nzoia ,  Kakamega ,  Busia , and  Vihiga . Moreover, in pursuit of better opportunities and livelihoods, many have migrated to urban centers across the country.
